As a sole trader with 20 years experience in plastering, I am reliable & professional, priding myself on leaving your home clean & tidy. I supply the dust sheets & clean up afterwards using my own Hoover! I will treat you home as I would want mine to be treated, with care & respect. I specialise in over skimming, Artex flattening, coving & ceiling replacements as well as basic plastering & insurance work.

Complete re plastering of kitchen walls and ceiling
Works completed on time to a high standard. I have had work done by Paul Smith before and would recommend him to anyone - professional at all times. I would also add that I would commission him for any future building works that I will need in the future as I have every confidence in his workmanship, time keeping and charges.

Skimming walls and boarding ceiling.
The quality of the plaster finish was better than I had hoped for. He kept exactly to his estimate, did the job when he said he would, was helpful and pleasant throughout. He also arranged for a couple of small jobs by other tradesmen; they were also reliable and did a good job.

This company could not have done more. Totally professional throughout, arrived on time ,clean, tidy at all times finished job from start to finish in 3 days. Left site very tidy would use again and will be in the future.  Also did plastering work for me which again was professionally done to price and bang on time, again work was excellent and site was left clean and tidy. All the guys who did the work on both jobs were polite at all times.

Plastering bathroom ceiling and wall
Plastering job reasonable quality and very careful about security of my house. Paul tried to clean however it took me most of the evening to clean up the plaster residue. On payment, I was not offered a receipt. I have since been told that I could have had a receipt had I requested one.

We endeavour to do our best to ensure we leave the site clean as we would normally do, however plastering is a very dusty job to have done in your home as it leaves a fine dusty residue on shiny surfaces. If the customer had contacted me herself to say she was unhappy, I would have gladly returned to ensure total customer satisfaction but I was not given this opportunity. I was disappointed to see the customer has also commented on the quality of workmanship as we pride ourselves on the standard of our workmanship and repeated recommendations.
