I am approved by Surrey Trading Standards, Experienced in Continental Drainage systems, from Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, North west Europe. I have found that plumbing heating and drainage problems are resolved fairly quickly, except the really bad problems that occasionally arise. 

I have no time to go shopping for spares whilst working, and therefore keep a variety of stock of material on board, to provide a 24 hour Service. If an extra part is required you don't receive a bill for the time spent to source replacement parts.

We recently got Pip to fit our factory with water to the machinery and office, all of this took less than a week, not only are we pleased; the Howdens Outlet next door has used him to put right many issues they had.  I would be happy to recommend this company.

Unblock drain

My husband phoned Pip at 8am this morning. He came round at 11ish and discovered the drain blockage was due to next door. He spoke to next door and lifted their drain cover and unblocked the drain and also cleared out ours. So impressed with prompt and efficient service and not too expensive. Very impressed would use him again without fail.

Unblocking an outside drain

I cannot begin to tell how good the service from this company is. Email sent to Pip at 9.30am, quote received 10 minutes later. Received another email at lunchtime telling me that he drain had been cleared and that the invoice had been put through our letter-box ! Outstanding service, would recommend again and again !!!!

Cleared blocked drain

Pip was amazing, quick to respond, nothing as an issue and not only cleared the blockage but provided guidance on how to prevent it in the future as well as how to improve access to the drains for future access,. Pip was positive, professional and I was extremely impressed. Definately getting him back for any future work.

Inspection of tree root damage to drain, root removal, cleaning and repairs

Excellent work.  Pip explained clearly the results of the inspection and the remedial works necessary. These were carried out in line with the quotation given and within the timescale agreed.  Additional works were found to be necessary and these were explained clearly with appropriate evidence and other details.
