Renewed kitchen mixer tap and re-sealed around worktop, refitted extractor hoses and sealed and redecorated ceilings in two bathrooms, fitted new toilet cistern valve.

Mr Plumley was keen to cure the water leak problems with the bathroom extractor hoses, which had been a problem since they were fitted by a builder some years ago. Then he took care in preparing the ceilings for redecoration, and redecorated them well. He did the rest of the work, which was more typically plumbing, with ease, showing both care and skill. He reduced the bill by the value of materials not used.
