From the call to arrange a quote through to the finished work was a very good customer experience. John was very polite and knowledgeable as to the options we had availabe. Competitive quote honoured despite missing a cost for one of the items of work.

Very quick, experienced and friendly. Reliable and just gets on with the job in hand. Helpful and went the extra mile and did things I hadnt even asked for him to do. Very helpful with advice and I would definately and have refered other people to John.
