  This person is damaging the platforms reputation and giving everyone else a bad name, cost me roughly 10k for the work which was not done properly and not taking responsibility I feel I have been massively overcharged and have taken advantaged of he has lied to me making false promises and he is full himself. I am 84 years old and we go on recommendations and this is the first time I have complained about a tradesman.

  Refit ensuite bathroom

  Very helpful and knowledgeable all the way from the quotation to the final fitting. The job ran over quoted time due to problems with some equipment that we had purchased; we also had new windows fitted which crossed over these works, affecting the timing of some tiling. Matt and the team were flexible and worked around these issues and finished the job without fuss. Very pleased with the work, would definitely recommend this company.

  New bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom

  Had main bathroom, En-suite and downstairs toilet revamped as they were looking old and tired. Considering what had to be done there was always minimal mess and they would clear up after themselves at every stage. Quality products were fitted and workmanship was excellent with attention to minor detail. Matts team were always on time. Matt and Callum did the plumbing and installation of the bath, large shower enclosure, sink cabinets and fitting of sanitary ware etc while Peter did the tiling .....and what a brilliant job he did of that, really looks beautiful. Highly recommended.

  New bathroom and cloakroom.

  Thoroughly recommend this company. They are very efficient, good timekeepers, tidy up after themselves and did a fantastic job of refurbishing our very tired bathroom and cloakroom. Not everything went as planned, but Positive Plumbing Services resolved any issues promptly and efficiently and what we ended up with was better than we originally expected. All of the guys are very friendly and frankly couldn’t do enough to help get us through the disruption this job involves.
