REPLACEMENT OF RADIATORS
Supply and fit, 6 new radiators and valves. Quality professional work undertaken by this father and son team, Dave and Steve. Cost as quoted, clean and tidy workmanship thoroughout and in agreed time frame. No hesitation in recommending Proctor Plumbing. Replaced old boiler, power flush and new Nest thermostat fitted.
After 4 previous quotes from 4 local heating engineers, none of whom turned up to carry out the work, despite detailed estimates, I contacted Steve Proctor (on recommendation). Firstly he carried out a detailed survey and provided a comprehensive quote. Steve arrived on the agreed day and together with his dad Dave carried out all of the work over 2 days. The installation was not straight forward but they overcame all issues, while keeping me informed and explaining everything. They worked in a tidy, methodical and professional way. New Gas Boiler
Replaced old boiler with new. Full power flush, replaced flue, thermostatic radiator valves, room stat, controller. Fitted filter to protect boiler. Extended gas supply (needed larger pipe to get better gas pressure). Steve and (dad) David were very courteous, efficient and tidy. Have used Steve for many years for boiler service.
