Bathroom Refit - Not a good experience!
QC11 was hired to complete a bathroom refit. Intially we were happy with the results however, after 8 weeks there was leak. QC11 was not interested in examining what had caused the leak and fix the issue. An emergency plumber confirmed that the leak occured where the pipe from the new toilet joined the main water supply. QC11 did not take any responsibility for the issue or re-tiling and replumbing the basin and toilet after the leak had been fixed. Instead,they became argumentative and aggressive. The workmanship warranty provided means nothing to QC11 and we would not use them again.

Rewiring, bathrooms building, garage conversion and redecoration
We bought a new house in September 2020. Vas,Dimiter and the team of QC11LTD did an excellent refurbishment work for us. They build 3 new bathrooms, full rewiring and fully redecorated our new home as well as converting existing garage to a home office. They were always on time and gave us priceless advise about the refurbishment. Top quality workmanship and very high standard finishing HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Loft Conversion and New Bathroom
Exhausting! The project started well and we seemed to have a good relationship. Towards the end of the build the mood changed considerably. They clearly wanted it to be over and became increasingly short, abrupt and rude with me. Since completion I've had many issues. Rubbish left behind, loft conversion roof leaked, new water heater broke, new shower leaked into the downstairs flat, shower tray sunk and then cracked. Water heater manufacturer confirmed it was installed incorrectly and not compatible in the UK. Quoted £800 to fit replacement shower tray when original was installed poorly.

New garden patio made from scratch
