We use the Firestone EPDM Flat roof system (rubber) which we guarantee for 20 YEARS. This system has a lifespan of 50 Years plus. We are Firestone Approved Contractors. In most cases this system is in one piece with no seams so you can feel totally confident that it will not leak, it is suitable for all extensions, dormers, garages and larger flat roof areas, new build flat roofs.
