Remove existing bench work from chimney top and re-point brick work and replace.
Punctual, all appointment times were kept.  Work carried out efficiently and site fully cleaned upon completion. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Roof Repairs
Roof needed maintenance.  I thought maybe new roof needed but Rob recommended not needed yet but instead to do some good maintenance on it. His team removed all damaged tiles and replacing where needed.  Raked out all loose defective mortar joints to ridge tiles, hips and top edge. Re-pointed as well.  Very pleased with result - looks good too, blended tiles with existing 1930's tiles. Would definitely recommend and would use again when we DO need to replace in a few years time.
