RCG Installations is a family-run business providing general building services to both domestic and commercial customers. We offer double glazing and conservatory installation, kitchen and bathroom installation, hard landscaping and garage building and other general interior and exterior building work. We also run commercial maintenance contracts for businesses and landlords.

Ceiling and airing cupboard renovation, including plastering/boarding and removal and installation of new lights.

As usual, Roy did an excellent job, carrying out the work to a high standard! More work than initially thought was required and Roy kept us fully informed and explained things to us. The new ceilings and lights have transformed out living and dining rooms, and the airing cupboard is once again fully functioning.

Complete re fit of new kitchen.

Roy has done an amazing job fitting our new kitchen. He is a real credit to his trade, polite, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. He also works alongside other tradesmen, Steve the electrician and Mark who did the plastering both great guys. We will definately be having Roy back to complete more work in the future. Thank you Roy for bringing our dream kitchen alive.

Lean to conservatory.

Dismantled old conservatory and install new one.

I was impressed with Roy, as he answered his phone straight away, and gave a timely and reasonable quote for what was a big project. The old conservatory was badly built, and we appreciated Roy's honesty with this, and his advice about how to design and build the new one. Roy commenced work when agreed, gave us weekly invoices which were exactly as on quote and dealt with any issues that came up without any problem. Roy was happy to answer any questions we had (there were many, as we'd never had this type of work done before), and also arranged for a company to fit the floor. We are very pleased with our new conservatory.

New windows and doors throughout house.

Roy worked very hard and quickly on the windows, finishing every day before it got really cold (the work was done in December/January). The windows/doors are a quality product, which are well installed, making our house much warmer as well as nicer looking. Roy was more than happy to answer any questions/deal with any issues we raised (I am quite fussy and asked a lot of questions!) and we have already booked him in to do more work for us.

Replacement composite front door and replacement bedroom window.

Roy arrived to do the quote on time, kept me informed on the progress of the door and window being made, and fitted them on the day he promised. He fitted them to an excellent standard and cleaned up after himself. I asked lots of questions, and Roy answered them promptly. I will be using Roy's services again for other jobs and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Bathroom and shower refurbish.

Roy quoted in advance using daily rates for the batch and shower refurbish (I provided most of the materials), arrived when booked and did the work as agreed in line with his estimate. The bathroom was left safe and tidy every evening. The job was completed to a high standard, visitors have commented in particular on the quality of the tiling. We have had no issues in the 2 months following installations and will be using Roy's services again in future.
