Installation of new boiler, heating system, reconnection of pipes and installation of radiators

We have just had a new boiler installed into our flat. This involved removing the existing water tanks and reconnecting the boiler. Matt and Austin's work was excellent. They were very punctual, knowledgable and willing to assist whenever there was an issue. We required additional pipes to be moved and a radiator to be repositioned and these were done promptly. They have also been back to iron out some teething issues with the pipes - the system works well, the price was very competitive and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Boiler service

I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Reheat. This was his 2nd call here. The first time around he fixed my problem in a minute and charged me nothing. This time he completed a routine boiler service on time and charged me his going rate despite doing some additional work. It's worth noting that my system was installed by a large plumbing firm from SW6 that never wasted a single opportunity to charge their full call-out fee and seemed to be trying to sell me additional kit every time they visited. This same firm also failed to register my boiler with the manufacturer, which put my 5-year warranty at risk. Matt sorted that out too. Need I say more? Recommended!

Hot water was not working, Reheat Fixed it.

My hot water stopped working, phoned Reheat who immediately organised an appointment that suited my availability. The problem was diagnosed very quickly and was given a couple of options to fix with Matt recommending I take the cheaper one. The problem was fixed and my boiler was serviced at the same time at no extra cost. I have used Reheat for a number of years and I would not hesitate to recommend them as they are a seriously professional outfit.
