  Professional, reliable and high quality

  After a stressful emergency leak and insurance repair, Ben at Reliance was exceptional from start to finish. A hidden pipe issue had caused major disruption, but Ben brought professionalism, reassurance and genuine expertise at exactly the right time. Communication was excellent throughout, everything was explained clearly, no unnecessary work was pushed, and the bathroom was restored beautifully — if anything, better than before. Ben took real pride in the quality of the work, never cutting corners and returning where needed to ensure the finish was exactly right.

  Boiler install, flooring fitted by Reliance

  Very friendly and welcoming… Punctual, and reliable. Very happy with boiler instal (kitchen). And whole house central heating flushing and inhibitor re-fill. System is much more efficient now. Also had my lounge flooring fitted by Reliance heating and plumbing. Very satisfied, looks really nice, neat and tidy job. I can happily recommend this business and Ben… Thsnk you

  Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the boiler replacement efficiently and professionally. The new boiler is working perfectly, and the installation was neat and tidy with no mess left behind. Really impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail.   Always polite, clean and gets the job done at a good price

  I had a complete new bathroom installed, moving the sink to the other side of the room and changing where the bath is. Ben is professional, always cleans up around him and did the job perfectly for a brilliant price. My bathroom is perfect. 100% recommend him
