R.G.Carpentry was founded in May 97 after first doing an apprenticeship and working 12 years paye for the same company. I have been in the trade with no breaks for 26 years and have worked on commercial properties, housing sites and domestic dwellings doing a wide range of carpentry e.g: joists, truss roofs, hand cut roofs, staircases garage doors, flat roofs, fencing & garden gates, studwork, external & internal doors, architrave & skirting, laminate floors, kitchens, wardrobes plus many more. Trimmed and fitted a new front door. Fixed three interior doors.
Richard is very professional. Work was done to a very high standard and completed quickly and efficiently. He not only fitted a very heavy front door but also fitted all the furnishings to it (weather board, letterbox flaps, knocker, numbers, etc). The interior work was carried out in the same professional manner. We would definitely employ him again and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Excellent service from start to finish! His prices are very competitive, he wore shoe covers to protect our carpets, he was polite and helpful, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently to a very high standard, he even vacuumed the drive! Will be recommending to friends and family.

New fitted kitchen and oak laminate flooring.
Everything in our kitchen (flooring included) was installed perfectly, including. Oak worktops, corner units, inset sink and a couple of appliances housed (plus some shelving, and box work). We can certainly vouch for his very high quality of workmanship, which far exceeded our expectations. Richard is undoubtedly a very skilled craftsman. I would not hesitate to recommend his company and we will be definitely calling on his services again in the near future.
