Getting my boiler back up and running
Rob and his daughter were absolutely fantastic - they came out and diagnosed the issue then got a replacement part and fitted it for me. Really efficient service and all fine with courtesy and a smile. They always go the extra mile and I can’t thank them enough. 100% recommend.

Fix of faulty oil boiler that had stopped working after being serviced
Our oil boiler had stopped working immediately after a recent service by another engineer who then let us down by not responding to our calls. Spoke to Roberston at 9am, and they were with us at 3pm. Amy and Rob did a fantastic job of replacing all the parts and getting the boiler up and running. Polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeble, they exceeded our expectations and fixed a boiler that we had expected would need to be replaced. They had all the required spare parts for a 15 year old boiler, and it was fixed by 6pm. Couldn't be happier with their service, absolutely first class

Fixed my oil boiler
Rob managed to come the day I called as my boiler had broken, and got it fixed in one go. Excellent.

Boiler installation
Very tidy workers and kept me updated on everything that was being done. Have had no problems since. Left site each day clean and tidy. Friendly and courteous

Replaced 3 way valve.
Diagnosed the issue and replaced the valve. When it didn't work first time came back to assess and fix - no extra charge.
