Finding a leak in our domestic gas supply
Dean was really friendly & knowledgable. The gas leak we had was tiny & was not easily accessible but Dean was careful to keep disruption to a minimum & once the leak was found it sorted in 30mins. Had a boiler service and supply reconnection
Called Dean yesterday to ask if he could do a boiler service and reconnect my supply as I had a false alarm with carbon monoxide which in turn had to have my supply temporarily turned off. Very grateful Dean called in next day to carry out the reconnection and service. Turned up at the time stated and absolutely spotless in his work, no mess at all. Loss of hot water and boiler service
We phoned Ross Heating when we suddenly lost our hot water. Darren was able to talk us through what to do over the phone to remedy the situation ahead of his visit the following day. He immediately fixed the issue and then went on to service our boiler.
