Fitting of air bricks and replacing guttering
Steve attended to fit some airbricks to the property and to replace a section of guttering outside of our house. We have discovered a damp corner of the house and Steve gave good advice to the causes and resolution. On time, quick and reliable service pointing to the problems and the solutions available. We were very happy with his work and have penciled him for a few more jobs of a similar nature that need doing to tackle the damp problem. We would happily recommend him for all building needs.

Rear extension
This is the second project that Steve has done this year for me, this one bigger than the last , we worked together to keep price down and had many laughs throughout. He is coming back to finish off next week as other trades have been involved . The house looks great and has become a firm friend . I will ask Steve to do my next project and would recommend him to those seeking a reliable tradesman.

Damp Problem - First Stage New Air Bricks installed and floor taken up.
We have a damp problem in a down stairs room and Steve recommended and did a very quick and professional job of installing the air bricks and taking the floor up to dry the room out. He will be coming back in the new year once it's dry to finish the work.

Inspection of damp problem. Removed section of concrete that breached air brick and created french-drain
Steve was always on time, professional and courteous on the occasions he came round, and was more than happy to fit in visits at a time that was convenient with me. He offered a solution to my problem that is effective and at a good price, and he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and made sure I understood. I will definately be calling on Steve again for phase two of the project!

Fixed problem of damp seeping under conservatory door
Steve was very helpful, he turned up to look at the job very quickly and then was able to identify the problem and fix it there and then. Removing a rotten wooden beam, installing a damp proof membrane and filling with cement. He tidied all the mess and removed all waste from site. The price was very reasonable too. I will be contacting Steve again next time I have a job to do.

Knock through between Kitchen and Dining Room, General Repairs to walls, removal of pantry wall and making good for decoration.
The work was carried out to time and cost. We were kept informed of timescales for the project and individual stages in the project. Steve and his team were informative, understanding of small changes of mind which came up, and Steve in particular was friendly and helpful, for example he suggested a couple of changes to what we thought we wanted, and proved to be absolutely right in his suggestions. We were immediately at ease with Steve, (sufficiently so that we gave him a key to allow him free access) and thank him for a couple of extra tasks he did at no charge while he was here. We fully recommend this Company for time keeping, tidiness, communication, and standard of work
