To replace the patio with new slabs and lay artifical grass
Sean and Stuart completed a fantastic job, they were always very knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble explained exactly what they were doing and cleaned and tidied as they went. I would not hesitate in recommending them as over the moon with the final results, thank you so much.

Garage conversion
It’s rare to find good, reliable builders but having Sean and Stu around has been an absolute pleasure! Our worn out garage has had a complete transformation with a new roof, beautiful french doors, insulated walls and floor and a very clean finish. They did an excellent job at keeping the site tidy at the end of each day and communication about which jobs would be done when and how has been very clear. We’re super pleased with the result and will happily (and vey most likely) use them again for our next projects :-)

Reconfiguration/repair of outbuildings
Really good finish to the work carried out which met all expectations and done with little disruption to our normal day to day activities. Sean even took time to discuss the work to be done with our next door neighbour to allay their concerns in regards to the impact the work would have on the roof of their kitchen extension. Even recommended an experienced electrician, Richard Butler, to carry out the electrical work required who also carried out the work very efficiently and with the minimum disruption. Would definitely use them again and can highly recommend them.

Garage Conversion
Sean did a double garage conversion for us. From a single brick double garage into an insulated, plastered and painted gym. We are so pleased, it’s better then we imagined and such a pleasure to have him around. We were not local and Sean was happy to travel every day including weekends when needed and stayed late to ensure the job was done by Christmas for us. We would highly recommend Sean if your looking for someone to take the time and care into the work. We chose Sean for the quality over the price and we don’t regret it.

Build a retaining wall, repair cracks in bungalow, put in a new gate for driveway.
