  Clean roof

  From the start of requesting an estimate to carrying out the work was stress free. Had our house roof cleaned with removal of moss, applying moss repellant and a bird cage surrounding out solar panels. This was carried out in one day. Shane did have to come back as meshing was not enough but he return the next day and finished off the job. The site was cleaned and video of roof given to me.

  Genuine, professional and highly skilled!

  Shane and his team have been wonderful. They were polite, friendly and so respectful of our home. Shane kept us updated throughout, showing photos and videos of any genuinely needed extra work, plus amazing start to finish pictures of the completed roof. His honest, calm manner put us completely at ease. The team worked with real care and left everything spotless each day. The workmanship is superb and the whole experience was totally stress free. It’s rare to find roofers this genuine, reliable and kind. We’re so grateful for the fantastic job and highly recommended Shane and his team.

  Flat Roofing Installation

  Flat roof replacement

  Shane replaced our old leaking flat roof. He upgraded the roof from cold to warm deck, and replaced the felt with a much higher spec EPDM covering. The workmanship is fantastic and building control were perfectly happy with the job — building control even commented how rarely they see roofing work done that well. Shane is easy to communicate with and keeps you updated throughout the process, taking lots of photos along the way. We would highly recommend Shane and his team.

  Another great job…

  Another great job by Shane and his team reconditioning the rear of our roof, after having done the same to the front last year. The scaffolding was put up and taken down promptly and on time, even though access to the rear of the house was through a tiny window. The work was completed swiftly and on time and, at the end of the job, all rubbish was cleared and the property was left clean and tidy. I would certainly use SV Roofing & Renovation Limited again.
