Saniflow - maintenance visit

Really efficient and courteous company. Rang on Wed 5pm for appointment and got one for today 11am as engineer in my area fortunately. Tidy pleasant gent did the service took his shoes off!!  how good is that, he found a few bits and bobs that shouldn't have been in the macerator, then resealed with fresh silicone. Job done.

Saniflo toilet ceased working.

Quickly found that the years-old membrane had caused the condenser to born out, as I was shown. He replaced both items, cleaned inside and outside of the unit and demonstrated renewed operation. A most efficient job.
