I am more than happy with the workmanship. They care so much about getting the job right and are a pleasure to be with and deal with. I would recommend them without question and would definitely use the company again. I cannot emphasise enough how happy I am.

Re-plastering, Taking out brick wall and refitting bathroom
I am extremely satisfied with the work that Shane and his team have carried out. I required a large amount of skilled work undertaking and they achieved very high standards. I found them aiming to please and happy to adjust the job as it went along if I changed my mind a little. I would recommend these guys in a flash (in fact, I already have!)
The skills used during my project and that I am happy with include: plumbing (including under floor wet heating system), tiling, plastering, removal of single skin wall and placing of structural steel (I used my own structural engineer), wall papering and painting, skirting boards. They were very polite and I had no hesitation in leaving them unattended for one week while I went abroad.

Replaced kitchen work tops and sink
Shane and Mark had already made a wonderful job of replacing kitchen cupboard doors, drawer fronts and tiles that I did not hesitate to ask them back to replace work tops and sink. They both work to very high standards and I would highly recommend them.

New Kitchen

Install under stairs cupboard and generally revamp the lounge.
Within days of the work cracks appeared in the new wall for the under stairs cupboard. SJK wanted to cover this up with architrave. In the event the new wall had to be taken down and replaced. Ceiling plastering was substandard and had to be put right by others.

The work carried out for this customer was to a professional standard as our company feedback reports always states. The only difference here with this job was that the job description changed on our arrival. The client did not heed our advice to the proposed changes and possible problems these changes of work may cause to the project. This work was undertaken by myself and 4 other checkatrade company members off different company trades, and was always prior discussed, cleared and over seen by the client and the mother before any changes commenced. Once the project was completed there was no sign of any disagreement or problems with the work and payment was received instantly, unchallenged and unprompted by the clients mum on the final day of works. This is the second project I have done for the customer.

New porch built to front of property
This builder and his partner did everything he agreed to and more. He started on the agreed day and unlike other builders stayed with the job till the end suggesting alternatives to the job where his experience told him something asked for could be done better the porch he built for me was finished to the highest standard with attention to detail being the most important factor he stuck to the agreed price even though their were bits added on at his own expense and finished the job ahead of the agreed date well deserving of the highest marks and praise I would recommend him to anyone and will use them again in the future

Garage conversion to habitable room plus replacement door on 2nd Garage
An exceptional first class job from start to finish. We could not fault Shane or his colleagues from start to finish.
