    Greg was courteous, polite and very reliable, keeping me informed with his ETAs. His manner made it easy to discuss my requirements, he was open to feedback, and attended promptly to any snagging issues. There were one or two things I asked him to finish off (filling gaps for example), he was happy to oblige.

    Greg was excellent from quoting to finishing. He researched thoroughly before starting, and was therefore well prepared for what was a difficult thing to get right, in particular the volute at bottom of the stairs. The end result is stunning

    The standard of Greg's work and his care and attention to detail has been outstanding. He is meticulous in his planning of the work, and takes great care to communicate regularly and thoroughly, considering carefully the options available for issues which have arisen. Greg is probably the tidiest tradesperson I have ever dealt with and he took immense care to protect new flooring and to vacuum, sweep and tidy each day. He has been a delight to deal with and his work ethic has been 100% - he puts in a very long day and only finishes work when the job is done, and done very well. 10/10.
