Removal of all the old roofing tiles, under felt an tile batons, supplying and fitting tiles, felt and batons, also new lead flashings and the removal of old material from site.

Repairs to roof - replacement of rafters and roof tiles and repointing.
The initial work required was to reseat and repoint the roof tiles at one end of the house. The workmen discovered that two of the rafters were rotten and so needed to be replaced. Southern Roofing explained clearly the extra work required and why and so we agreed that the additional work should be done together with some repointing on the entire roof. The work was carried out as agreed and the workmen were punctual, polite and very tidy. The end result seems to be a very good job.

Full re-roofing of detached house
We used Southern Roofing as they undertook work for us previously which we were very satisfied with. The job was undertaken very speedily (in 2 days), to a very high standard and an excellent price. The large team worked very hard and were always very courteous. The logistics were very well organised to cope with a site with restricted availability of parking. The options for tiling suggested by the Company were spot on and the end product was totally in keeping with the age of the house. Would recommend Southern Roofing with absolutely no reservation.
