Removal of all the old roofing tiles, under felt an tile batons, supplying and fitting tiles, felt and batons, also new lead flashings and the removal of old material from site.

Full re-roofing of detached house

We used Southern Roofing as they undertook work for us previously which we were very satisfied with. The job was undertaken very speedily (in 2 days), to a very high standard and an excellent price. The large team worked very hard and were always very courteous. The logistics were very well organised to cope with a site with restricted availability of parking. The options for tiling suggested by the Company were spot on and the end product was totally in keeping with the age of the house. Would recommend Southern Roofing with absolutely no reservation.

Replace flat roof on dormer windows. Re-point roof. Remove moss, put in PVC drip liners.

Very prompt service and friendly workers. Flat roofs were recovered very efficiently. We had to chase up on the repointing as the chimney was left out. They came immediately and rectified this.
