Structural alteration and install to create kitchen diner
Spinnaker Construction completed a structural alteration to create a kitchen diner and also installed bifold doors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, professional and reliable, they completed the work to our requirements.

Fitting of a kitchen.
Toby and his amazing team were brilliant. Hard working and they had a real eye for attention to detail. There were several delays caused by Wrens who supplied the kitchen and Spinnaker couldnt of been more helpful and understanding when having to come back multiple times because of things that were not of their doing. Beautiful finish of work. I will look forward to working with them again on other home projects and will recommend them to all my friends, family and colleagues. Thank you Toby, Char, Simon, Jon, Keiran just to name a few - sorry if I missed anyone!

Roof repair
Efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and courteous. Would use Spinnaker Construction again. No problems with roof since.

Complete renovation of bathroom, converted downstairs area with new walls, windows, doors to form a cloakroom. Also undertook work outside to patio area and pathway. Nothing was too much trouble and helped with putting bins out etc where he could. Showed excellent attention to detail for example when selecting shade of gravel being used outside so it matched patio flags..
Excellent workmanship, extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Second floor extension to create larger bedroom and underpinning of original single storey extension. French doors also fitted downstairs.
Would highly recommend Spinakker construction following a very professional job. We are very pleased with the extension and Toby was extremely good at making suggestions on how to give us maximum space in the new room whilst keeping the cost to a minimum. The whole team were friendly and polite and were really lovely towards my two young children, who were vastly interested in what was going on! Completely trustworthy and I had no concerns about them being in the house unattended. The site was kept tidy throughout. We would have no hesitation in using the company again for any further work.
