Spinnaker Construction Ltd was formed in June 2005.  We are a professionally run family business with over 40 years of experience between us in the Construction industry.  Since that time we have undertaken a wide variety of projects in and around Shaftesbury, Salisbury and Poole areas as well as further afield in London and Spain.  We carry out all works from the planning and design phase, including any structural engineers calculations right through to the completion of the project and sign off certificate from building control.

Internal finishing of loft conversion.

I switched builders part way through a loft conversion and employed Toby and his team to finish off the internal part of the job, including stud walls, plastering, plumbing and fitting of bathroom. From the outset I felt confident that Toby could handle the project and this made the process a lot less stressful for me. Toby was recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Toby and his colleagues attend to usually minor tasks to a property we own in Dorset. The date given above refers to our most recent engagement. About 4 years ago we used them for a capital project at the house involving the renovation of a large stone barn to convert it into a large games room, and the conversion of other outbuildings into additional living accommodation comprising bedroom,living room, shower and kitchenette. This was executed on time and budget and they did a good job. Hence we continue to use Toby when the need arises.

Total Kitchen Re-Fit, with Homebase materials

The work was done to an excellent standard, at a very competitive price. We are still very satisfied with the kitchen, several months on, and all of it's well fitted features and units. We would highly recommend Spinnaker to anyone for a reliable, trustworthy service and a high standard of work.
