Replace broken roof slates
Steve turned up early the day after I rang him to give me a quote; and then came round the following morning to do the work. He rang during the job to advise that a few more slates had slipped and did I want them replaced - which I did. He quoted me a new price and stuck to that price. He was very flexible in terms of fitting in with me, very prompt and responsive, and from what I can see has done a very good job. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Rebedding and pointing of roof valley and replace broken tiles. Moss removal.
Mr. Smith responded quickly to my initial enquiry. He gave a breakdown of costs in his estimate. The work was completed approximately two and a half weeks later. Scaffolding was erected and removed at the agreed times and the roofing work was done quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed throughout and everyone involved was courteous. The roof looks very good after the removal of the moss.

Felt and battoned whole roof. Replaced slate tiles on main roof and put new slate tiles on second roof.

Re-roof using new slate, new guttering and demolition of chimney stack
"Excellent Roofer" - How often do you see those two words, side by side and in the same sentence? Steve has a no-nonsense but fair approach and provided good value for money. He was adaptable on what turned out to be a complex job. In an industry where there seem to be numerous unscrupulous contractors; I couldn't recommend Steve more highly.

Replace flat roof felt 3mX2m, cleared and connected down pipes
I found them (Phil and Steve) polite and they explained what they were going to do prior to doing the work and I did not feel pressured to use their services after receiving their competitive qoutation. They went the extra step and cleared the roof gutters, fixed a couple of loose bricks in addition to doing the flat roof. It has rained for a couple of days now and have not seen the usual signs of water where I did before. I am glad I used them and will recommend them to my friends, without hesitation. Thank you very much,
