Replacing stair spindles and banisters.
Cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He provided a competitive quote, arrived on the expected date, worked a full day and left the house on both days in a clean and tidy condition. He was quiet and polite throughout and thoroughly trustworthy. Without asking he considered the fact we have two small children and made sure that the upstairs spindles were in place and secure on the first day so they could not fall, as well as replacing the baby gates both days (something that not all the contractors we've used have done). We will definitely use Steve again in the future as and when we have work to do.

Fitting five internal Victorian doors and door knobs. Removal of old doors.
Steve did a fantastic job for us. We are really pleased with the end result and quality of workmanship. He worked very efficiently and with as little disruption to us as possible. He was also very flexible in coming back to complete the work when a couple of our doors were faulty and needed to go back to the supplier. He was also happy to inspect the doors on delivery which was very useful for a novice like me! We will definitely be using Steve again when we find more work.

Fitted skirting, architrave, door liners and new doors throughout downstairs.
Steve did a fantastic job of replacing all the skirting, architraves and door liners. He's very tidy and always cleans up after himself and unlike many trades people takes care around your furniture and belongings. He fitted skirting around our 360litre fish tank. He did such a good job with the new doors. He's quoting for the upstairs doors and is making us a new understairs cupboard door to match the rest.
