As the neighbour of your client who was having his entire garden fence replaced and a new gate fitted I would like to thank you for the care and attention you took to cause least damage to my garden and also thank you for pinning back the climbing plants after you had finished and leaving my adjoining area so neat and tidy. Having observed your workmanship I would have no hesitation in recommending your company. Again, thank you. A grateful neighbour.

Poor communication
Still waiting for a quote 10 days after Alex attended to have a look at the required work. Chased it up a few times, managed to get a reply after a few days that was waiting for some information from his suppliers... and after been promised that it would be sent asap, waiting still...

Clear out heavy undergrowth and worn fence and replace with 30 metres of new close board fence.
Very pleased with an excellent job. Alex and Aaron are very professional and we were delighted with their work. No hesitation in highly recommending them.

Replace some damaged panels
Out of around 15 companies, Alex from Sussex Fencing was the only one who replied to our enquiries/messages. Whilst he was really busy and we did have to wait a few weeks, he kept us informed of any delays and completed the work very satisfactorily and on the date he had arranged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

4 fence panels replaced and a gate repaired
Very professional, polite and friendly. Fence looks good and is very sturdy; gate is shutting properly for the first time in ages. I would use them again.
