Re-plumb dishwasher and washing machine.
Fantastic, identified problem previous plumber failed too!  Turned up on time, very polite and worked hard. Genuinely nice honest man which is hard to find these days.  Would definitely use again out of 4 plumbers contacted, he was the only one who kept appointment. I would recommend them.
