Fixed broken washing machine.
I phoned and left message in evening out of hours. He phoned 9.15 next morning to make appointment following day. Arrived in time slot agreed and did work very efficiently. Very polite.

Replace element in fan oven.
My oven broke down over the bank holiday weekend and I emailed on the Monday, 8.03 the following morning I got a phone call. I was given two quotes depending on which part was faulty and arranged to come at a time convenient to me the following day. This is the second time I've used this company and would 100% recommend, friendly and chatty while getting the job done. Tests it's working correctly and leaves with minimum of fuss.

Replacement thermostat and element for Smeg oven
After trying a few other Smeg engineers without any response, Tim came by on a Bank Holiday to fit a replacement thermostat, quickly identifying and replacing a second fault with the main oven element while he was there - without fuss or bother. Courteous, tidy and punctual; really delighted with his work.
