  Knocking down existing garage and building an office / garden room, ensuite shower room and store.

  From initial quote, through finalising planning permission and building regulations to completing the project, service was excellent and communication clear, accurate and reliable. All work was completed in accordance with original plan and all sub contractors turned up on time, did their work effectively and to a high quality. The site was kept safe and clean throughout and follow up on completion was done quickly. Highly recommended.

  Flashing, repointing of the chimney

  The work is unsatisfactory not done to a good standard the walls of the chimney breast still saturated paid for the work now worse than before he came, unable to contact the job has not been done

  My workmanship is always of a high standard as posted by many other client reviews. I was not given a specification to work from but carried out repairs to chimney as instructed. Before commencing work, I suggested the client obtain a Surveyors Report to work to as it was for an Insurance claim, which she declined to do. The work was also inspected by a roofer who confirmed the work carried out was exactly as it should be. I do not understand the low score for reliability as I attended the job everyday and also on time everyday for a full day. Job completed in expected timescale as agreed with client. My phone is always on and am always contactable. Since completing this job in June, I have not been made aware of any issues of dissatisfaction regarding work carried out.

  Painted outside of house and repaired all rotten wood. Cleaned gutters

  Rebuild of first floor bay window.

  Steve was excellent, the work was carried out to a high standard. The job was completed quickly with a minimum of hassle. We would definitely recommend Steve for future small building projects/work.
