From my initial telephone call I found everyone professional and very helpful. The engineers turned up at the agreed time, cleared the drain and then advised me on what was needed. I was shown the evidence of their findings so there was no doubt that there was definitely damage to the pipework underground. I was given a quote to carry out the work. No pressure just advice. Work carried out within days. I was advised every step. My insurance company has since inspected and agreed work was carried out to a very high standard. I have been sent pictures to complete my insurance claim. Thank
