Replacement of fascias, soffits and guttering, plus water butt.

Quotation process was good. All pre-work queries and information to help decide requirements were dealt with very well. These aspects were dealt with by Amy, who was excellent throughout. Installation team arrived at set date and time. The whole job was done in a day, despite short hours of daylight at this time of year. Towards the end of the day, I had a feeling that the job might be being rushed to ensure its completion. However, the site was revisited the next day, and surveyed to ensure that any remaining details were sorted. The team worked well, and were very personable. An effort was made to minimise mess throughout the day. I have given a 10 score for quality above, but we really need a good down pour of rain to test this! If there is a subsequent problem, I have no concerns that the company will put them right.

Replacing guttering and fascias around the whole of the hose

Very pleased with the entire process. Working with The Fascia Company has been extremely easy. The quality of workmanship, the knowledge of the staff and their general demeanour was excellent. Cleanliness was important to them. The job done for us was completed swiftly and efficiently. Nothing was too much of a bother for their staff. The completed work was lovely to see. If needed I would not hesitate to use this company again.
