Work was carried out to lay a new mains water pipe and stop valve fittings. All work done was of excellent quality. The site was left clean and tidy.

An 8- year old lead pipe cracked in the ceiling and caused a lot of damage. The Water Business installed a temporary pipe within 8 hours and replaced it with permanent copper within 4 days. An excellent job.

Locate and fix leaking mains water supply

Faultless work. Gave an exceptional experience all round. Professional, serious, polite, efficient and prompt. Right from the quotation stage, they gave an air of professionalism and competence that got them the job straight away. Difficult to compare on costs because they quoted for a more thorough and extensive job than the other companies. They had a pneumatic mechanical "mole" to lay a new underground pipe without digging up the whole driveway. It may be common, but not all companies quoting for the job had that. The others were going to dig to find the leak.

Burst Pipe repair

We had a burst pipe found while on holiday and sent an email to The Water Business based on Checkatrade feedback. Gary and Carl were able to visit promptly and meet my father-in-law who let them into the house where they identified the original leak and a second problem; and fixed them all whilst minimising the impact of the work. My father-in-law used to be Head Engineer for a major council and was very impressed by their courtesy and workmanship.

Locate and fix a leak under the floor in the kitchen.

Both Karl and Gary were very conscientious, knowledgeable and hard working. They managed to locate the leak, fix it and reinstate with the minimum of fuss. I am very pleased with their work and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and trustworthy plumbers. I will be using them again.
