A garage conversion to a home bar and home office and cloakroom
Christian and his guys are first class and great, trustworthy guys to have around. We couldn't be happier with the work they have done. We had an old falling down garage in the back garden which they have converted. They replaced the roof, built it up inside, insulated, plastered, laid the floors, did the electrics, the alarm and the carpentry. Christian only brings great people in to do the work. As it's getting colder I can feel the insulation is better than our house. It is finished to a really impressive standard. We were so impressed we got them to come back to do the cloakroom.

House refurbishment and construction of garden / artist studio.
Christian and his team were always punctual, efficient and tidy throughout the works. We are delighted with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Christian was always on hand to advise and discuss ideas and we appreciated his attentiveness through to completion of all works.

Kitchen extension
We were extremely pleased with all the work carried out for us by Total Design to Build including building works, plastering, tiling and fitting a new kitchen. Christian ensured that all the work was carried out to the highest standard, that the site was kept tidy and that his workforce turned up on time. We were impressed by the fact that there was almost no delays to the job even though it took place throughout the pandemic. If Christian foresaw any delay because of shortage of supplies he was upfront about it and always kept us informed. We highly recommend Total Design to Build.

Hip to gable dormer loft conversion
Price: Total Design To Build quoted an average cost, amongst 6 other quotes. We received detailed quotes to ensure like for like, hence we are fairly sure that we compared correctly, and there were no nasty surprises later on. Works: Really happy with the works and the finish. We had Christian recommended by trusted friends of ours, combined with a reasonable price point and a gut feel, made the decision to be Total Design to Build, and we are very happy. Corona Virus:Christian did not leave us stranded, as could have happened, he continuously found solutions, even when they seemed...

Single storey extension kitchen and downstairs toilet
Work was carried out to a very high standard. The builders all turned up on time at each stage of the work and were very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained every stage of the work carried out. Would highly recommend this company.
