2 new thresholds, repairs to frame and door adjustment.
Had to wait a little while for them to get back to me after inital enquiry, but the work was well worth the wait. Quick, polite and obviously knowledgeable. Have already booked more work for them. I would recommend them.

Inspection of outside landing & stairs for leaks - no work necessary.
Thorough inspection made of landing & stairs outside flat for leaks. Was very impressed with his knowledge and explaining things to me. Trader arrived at appointed time & was very courteous at all times - well recommended.

External garden works, fencing, decking, drainage, paving.
A simple job but poorly managed, the owner blamed his sub-contractors and the employees on site blamed the owner. There are still problems with my paving but the owner has said that the sub-contractor no longer works for him. I am not happy and would not recommend them.

Response from Trade Mates :
All works completed other than the paving were satisfactory. Drainage works were not charged for as a gesture of good will to the customer. We attended the site on many occasions to discuss the problems with the paving and theses are now being rectified.
