Complete renovation of a property inside and out.
Ashley proved to be highly conscientious and wanted to provide a quality job whilst remaining considerate to budget. From the design stage he provided good ideas which both updated the decor and remained sympathetic to the character of the property. Quotes for additional works (garden and repointing) were fair and reasonable. I was highly satisfied with the execution and finish of the works and have no hesitation in recommending Ashley.

Re-pointing, replacement of fascias and soffits, new guttering, repairs to outhouse door and frame.
The works was in three phases which started on 06/11/2012 to replace the old guttering with new guttering, and recommenced on 10/01/2013 to do the re-pointing and repairs to a outhouse door and frame, with the fascias and soffits finished on the 22/01/13. Works were delay due the heavy downfall of snow on the weekend of the 18/01/2013. Trade Mates recommenced work on the 21/01/13 which was a bitter cold day with snow still on the ground. All the works were excellent and to a high standard and Trade Mates turned up when they said they would. Throughout the works all communications between myself and Trade Mates were carried out by email which proved very successful in respect of the invoicing and notification of prompt payments into their account.

Front bay concrete redressing and painting, fit new fascia and soffit and change glass roof on front storm porch.
I am absolutely pleased with this work. The advise they provided prior and during the work were very helpful and reduced my overall cost for the job. Some neighbours come to ask who did my fascia and soffit thinking I must have done it myself but I have had to tell them the truth, "I am not very handy when it comes to these DIY things". I recommend this trader if you want a honest opinion of what works are needed and costs.
