Trade Mates Property Maintenance has been trading for over 12 years. During this time we have undertaken many different projects ranging from a small tap change up to a complete renovation of a 7 bedroom property. We carry out work for letting agents, private landlords and to the general public. We cover a complete all in one service, these services include Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, Painting and Decorating, Garden Clearances, Fencing, Fascia and Guttering, Plumbing (fully approved tradesman) Plastering, Window and Door replacements (all types inc Upvc, timber) Roofing, Stud Work etc.... We are able to provide references on request from our previous customers. We cover the whole of Hampshire and parts of West Sussex.

Demolition of and rebuilding of a new garage, Demolistion and re-building of a retaining wall to driveway, resurfacing of driveway.
We were very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of everyone involved. Everything was done to a good standard and was checked regularly to ensure it was maintained throughout the Job. No changes were made to the brief without all parties involved agreeing, and no changes were made to the agreed quote. All involved worked hard even throughout the difficult weather conditions of our British Summer. I would happily recommend and use Trade Mates again. Fantastic job, fairly priced, good standard, One very satisfied customer.

Stripping wallpaper from one wall, re-papering and painting. Painting the rest of the room ,an open stairway and landing with 6 doors , all other wood work.
Well executed exactly as requested , tidied up each day and left the room easily accessible was very pleased with the end result and a trouble free 5days . I would certainly use them again .

Replaced/repaired 1907 house roof in Windlesham
Re-tiled the pitched roof, strengthened the roof trusses, fitted a new flat roof, removed one chimney, repointed two others, fitted insulation and new soffits. The work saved us a significant amount on VAT as it was completed to the new energy efficient standards. The quality of the materials used were excellent. Altogether a very professional job, completed to the agreed cost. The task took longer than expected, but this was not an issue for us. The roofers (and even the scaffolders) were pleasant, courteous and helpful throughout. Highly recommended (by someone who is regarded as being a perfectionist when it comes to building work)
