  Garden Room extension

  A highly successful Garden room extension project for which Alan must take much credit with his highly response and proactive style, some excellent suggestions especially where we encountered design or technical issues. He kept the costs within agreed envelopes and was very courteous and professional in his correspondence with transparent signposting all the way through. We would wholeheartedly recommend and would be happy to welcome any enquiries for references.

  Chimney stacks removed and damp wall repaired

  We required two chimney stacks be removed having been found to be a cause of damp. Alan inspected the property prior to us purchasing the house and identified the issue. 5 months later having moved in, Alan came round and provided a written quote in a very timely manner. He provided details of the work required and the length of time it would take. Alan and his team were great; friendly, courteous and polite. Alan and his team took time to answer questions I had (not always related to the work being completed) and left everything very tidy. Would not hesitate in recommending.

  Stopping rain being driven I under flashing by chimney.

  Chimney - Install New Gallow Bracket

  I have no hesitation in recommending Alan. He was always punctual when replying to messages, had a clear understanding of the issue/how to resolve it, conducted a site valuation/inspection and completed the work on-time and to a great standard (which was approved by my local council building control).

  Internal wall removed, new kitchen, new flat roof, replacement of garage windows and door, old bathrooms removed, new electricity consumer unit fitted, electrics checked and made safe / switches replaced, new central heating system,

  Alan and his team were fantastic. His communication was exemplary and they did so much to help us with everything we wanted to achieve in the house. The work itself is outstanding and Alan went above and beyond at every stage. I honestly couldn't recommend Alan highly enough.

  Problem leaking roof and flat roofing walkway

  We have an old house built originally in the 1920's with a complex roof at flat roof walkway. Where several previous contractors had failed, Alan and his team solved this finally. I have since worked with him on my daughter's house with extensive work there. He is exceptional and for once I have found a team who work together so well and to such a high standard. This is rare to find as you chance looking through so many recommendations on the Web. Alan was immediately there for any issues, no problem too difficult, his 40 years experience so evident. You will not find anyone better.
