  Work carried out thoroughly.

  We called in Ross to do the annual check of the boiler, controls and radiators. We thought something had gone wrong with the valves in the loft but after thorough checking he said it was all OK. He tested the heating and hot water controls and all radiators, cleaned out the system magnetic filter and condensate trap. He completed the offical log book and spotted that the carbon monoxide alarm needed replacing. He worked calmly and quietly and supplied helpful information on how things worked when I asked. Very pleased with the work.

  Friendly and effective help

  Pressure relief valve needed replacing. This was completed by Jon in a couple of hours. Always a pleasure having Jon over. The pressure in our system is now sustaining and we are getting heat to the top of our tall town house.

  Highly recommended!

  Our hot water cylinder stopped working just before Christmas, leaving us without hot water for several days. I found Tru-Heat through Checkatrade, and it turned out to be an amazing find. Ross was fantastic from the start - a great communicator who clearly explained the likely issue over the phone and managed to fit us in despite it being so close to Christmas. He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and his initial diagnosis was spot on. He fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. Ross is clearly very knowledgeable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
