    I have been dealing with UK Water Softeners since 1998, they're just so brilliant, reliable, competent and honest. Our water softener, which served us well for 19 years, had reached end of life, engineer demonstrated it was beyond repair and let me make decision to replace the unit completely I've recommended them to my family and friends and have never heard of a negative experience from anyone, just top quality , competent and honest service from a bunch of very nice people; that's all you need :-)

    Sarah was lovely and really accommodating when I had an untoward incident prior to our scheduled meeting. Went through the pros and cons of the devices and brought them in for me to see and to be sure they fit correctly. Booked in for the next day, Pete arrived promptly at 8am, helped with a leaking stop cock that I didn’t know was hiding in my cupboard, installed, explained how to use it and left before lunch. 24 hour turnaround. Everything was wonderful - if I had to say one small niggle, perhaps the dust off the dust sheets after leaving! But that’s a small thing considering. Thank you!

    I dealt with 3 members of the UK Water Softener team, all 3 were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Originally I was intending to get a supply only service as our kitchen was being renovated, however it soon transitioned into a supply and fit job, and I am glad I did. Installation was done neatly and quickly, and the installer happily navigated our flooring installation that was happening the same day. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend this family run business.
