  Interior demolition, build new walls and install two bathrooms and a bedroom incl elec and plumb

  Spencer did an excellent job in removing an old bathroom and shower room and rearranging the walls so we ended up with a bathroom, ensuite and new bedroom which he fitted to a good standard. He was really flexible in letting us change things as we went on and was happy for us to do bits like painting or knocking walls down to keep costs down. There was no rip-off charging 20% extra for all the parts and was happy for us to buy them and he would install them. I would definitely recommend him and use him for future work.

  Replacing old shower, toilet and washbasin with new including floor and wall tiles.

  The standard of work carried out was exceptional , all completed on time and according to the quotation. Spencer is very skilled and paid attention to every detail. Also very tidy. I would highly recommend him and have engaged him for more work in the near future.

  Creating a new en-suite and airing cupboard from an existing bedroom.

  We are part way through a property conversion/ renovation and needed someone to create a new en-suite and airing cupboard. I was fortunate to have already seen Spencer's work in a clients house so had a good idea of the excellent quality. At every stage attention to detail and explaining exactly what and how things would happen was exactly what we required. Nothing was to much trouble and his knowledge at overcoming problems is reassuring. This was not an easy or straight forward installation, we are glad that we found the right man for the job. Would totally recommend without hesitation.

  Remove bathroom fittings, tiles, flooring and electrics and replace with new

  This was a three week job, removing existing bathroom, putting up new wall, tiling walls and floors, fitting new lights and fan, installing new bath, shower, loo and sink unit - which involved some tricky plumbing. The work was patiently done to an excellent level, with constant reviews of progress and plan. We are very very pleased with the new bathroom, would certainly use again, and recommend.

  Renovate bathroom

  Spencer did a brilliant job at renovating an old bathroom. During the initial consultation he took thorough notes and measurements and gave several useful ideas I hadn't thought about. In his quotation he advised on what extras should be budgeted for and the best places to buy these. He was also very patient and helpful with any questions I had beforehand and came out more than once before the work started to clarify the plan. When the work started he was efficient and tidy and kept me updated on any issues he came across which were all swiftly resolved. Very happy with the end result

  Refurbish a tiled bathroom including fitting new radiator, floor, window sill and bath screen.

  Spencer is a true professional with a forensic eye for details. He produced a perfect finish and we could not be more pleased with the result. He has transformed a tired old bathroom into a modern, state of the art facility.
