Have not had regular window cleaner for quite a while.Made booking and quick response and kept me informed of what time was coming. Read all feedback that company had and was not disapointed with job done. Shidan pleasure to deal with and will use him in future for sure.

Great job. Having had my windows “professionally” cleaned for over 10 years by another firm, this was by far the best and most detailed clean. Very professional, personable and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Shidan came by a week before for a quote to be given which I accepted. Appointment was booked for 1 week after. I booked a day off work for this to be done. When Shidan arrived he phoned to inform me that there was no parking space outside, before I could suggest moving my car so Shidan could park in my space he said he had to be somewhere in 15mins so can we reschedule. Not professional at all and the fact Shidan thought he could clean 3 windows on a second floor flat in 15 mins to a high standard is beyond me. Would definitely not recommend.

Hi Oshane, I’m very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. First of all we have 2 sets of hoses in the van with 2 window cleaners working and your 3 windows could have been done in 5 minutes to a very high standard as we have never lost any clients with regards to our job. Secondly the traffic was stand still in dartford that day and I was late by 15 Minutes to reach your place. When I arrive on the spot there was no parking space and to my understanding your car was parked far from your windows. I politely suggested to you, since I live in dartford to reschedule but at this point you were too upset to do that and you said not to worry. I have never had a bad review from all my clients since starting to work with Checkatrade and apologise if you feel letdown for this.
