Additional feed cables from satellite dish into loft.
This was a simple job but Steve didn't skimp on politeness and courtesy, including a text message to say when he was going to turn up. Would definitely call on his skills again as needed.

New aerial and extra point.
Steve did at agreed price, and a high standard of work. He was late - twice - and went out briefly (he forgot something), I had to call to track him down 90 minutes later.

I am committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service and so am disappointed that on this occasion, the customer feels I have fallen short of their expectations. I arrived on the date agreed and the customer advised they wanted to change the original work I had undertaken to do, this then meant I had to go out to source the further parts needed. I am glad to hear that the customer was happy with my high standard of work.
