Replaced TV Aerial
Great response to initial phonecall, Steve came to look at the job on our house on the day we called. He worked out the best solution for us - assessing whether we could have a freesat installation or the aerial replacing. Once agreed, Steve came back and replaced the aerial. He kept us fully informed throughout, explaining that the pole and fixings were fine so only the aerial was needed which reduced the total cost to us.
