Welcome to WestPark Building and Maintenance,

My name is Andy Pratt of WestPark Building and Maintenance. I have been in the Building Industry for over 28 years, most of it spent in General Building and Alterations

I have undertaken a wealth of various projects and have prided myself on working in partnership with customers to enable them to get the outcome that they wanted to achieve, I also have good communication skills and commitment to whatever task I have at hand.

I also pride myself on completing one project at a time as I am mindful that to leave a customer with a half finished job can cause disruption and upset to the family.

Block paving, kitchen renovation, plastering and carpentry work.
Mr Pratt had done two jobs for me, the first block paving my drive and renovating my kitchen to include plastering, new ceiling, carpentry.  First class work, on time, and on budget. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Roof put on a pre-exsisting frame structure.

Extremely pleased with work carried out, it is very professional and does the job superbly. Andy was very flexible with the hours worked due to factory opening times, and he communicated with the electrician regularly which ensured it was completed on time. I would highly recommend Andy.

Tiling

I had 2 bathrooms being totally refitted one after the other, Andy tiled the walls floor to ceiling in both. Andy always asked my opinion on any decisions needed and paid great attention to detail. The quality of the work was excellent and I would definately recommend or use Andy again myself.

Garage conversion

I would highly recommend Andy to anyone who's thinking about having any work done to their home. Andy takes great pride in his work, he's friendly, reliable, always leaves everything clean and tidy, takes time to explain what's happening and willing to offer advice, nothing is too much trouble for Andy. We cannot fault any of the work that has been done by Andy or the sub contractors and when we're ready for the next project there's only one number we'll be calling. Thanks Andy you did a great job.

General repair of factory building and replacement of a front door and various windows.

Highly competent, delivered exactly as quoted. A very high quality finish to the work and very accommodating to changes made after the work was started. There are not many builders in the trade that would sacrifice their time over the Christmas period to ensure the deadline was met. Andy is highly motivated and extremely trustworthy, I would recommend him to anybody regardless of how big or small the job is.

Alter en suite into a wet room

Andy was a joy to have working for me. He did more than I would have expected from him. He was very kind and considerate. I would highly recommend him. If in the future I need more work done I will certainly call Andy. He took all the worries away from my shoulders. He left the place clean and tidy every night and was always very happy and cheerful. If you employ him make sure you have plenty of teabags in and by the way he loves apple pie.
