I required that the job fit into the present fixtures and fittings of the room and the end result was spectacularly good with care being taken to get exactly the correct shades and surface. Also was happy to quote for other jobs that came to mind.

Building shelves and tiling in bathroom

Tim gave the job a lot of careful thought and preparation before he started work. He collected all the necessary materials, arrived on time, worked very cheerfully and was careful to protect the carpets from paint and dust. The final fee for the work was actually less than the quote as we decided that one piece of shelving was not needed. Tim's workmanship and attention to detail was very impressive and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Bathroom tiling, wall papering, re-hanging a door and making it bi-fold by cutting and applying central hinges, painting of walls, ceilings and wood work in bathroom and sitting room.

Tim Greening is charming, timely, does not drink all of your tea and coffee, and more importantly has made a lovely job of re-decorating both our bathroom and sitting room and left the house clean and tidy afterwards. He made an exceptional job of re-hanging the bathroom door which originally opened into our small bathroom, and now opens outwards, he also cut the door into two halves and hinged it in the middle to form a bi-fold door. This has revolutionised our bathroom! He invoiced us after the job had been completed, and the cost was as per the estimate. We would certainly ask Tim to provide estimates again for further work.

Installed decking and constructed access ramps for a wheelchair user

Tim and the guys that worked with him were excellent. They over ran slightly in finishing and in cost but this was down to the weather and the fact that Tim wanted to make sure that the decking, ramps etc would stand up to a heavier electric wheelchair if it were required in the future. Tim looked into the regulations pertaining to wheelchair and was very conscious of ensuring that my safety as the wheelchair user was key whilst being mindful of my wishes for the finish to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible. It was possible to see that each person on sight knew what they were doing and they did it quickly and efficiently. If you asked for something extra, you only need to ask once. I will be contacting Tim for future work I have planned.
