On time and under budget
Andy arrived on time to fix our central heating problem. He carried out all the work which involved replacing some pipework as well as checking that the whole system was running smoothly. He carried out all the work and fully checked our system. He charged under the price of his rough estimate and we were totally satisfied with all his work. Water softener installation and boiler service - all in a day!
Andy did an amazing job installing a water softener under our sink, which required quite a bit of tricky preparation work first. He is efficient and personable and just got on with the job - apart from the fact the water was off we wouldn't have known he was there! He then went on to service our boiler, which again he carried out quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again in the future. New Boiler Installation
We chose Andy to install our new boiler as he was an accredited Vaillant installer, which offers additional benefits. He offered good, sensible advice re the boiler/ radiators. Throughout the process, he was very helpful and explained everything really well. On the day, he worked extremely hard on a long day. His work was thorough, with attention to detail, and excellent quality. On completion, Andy sorted out the extended warranty/ certificates for us, which arrived next day, so we didn’t have to do anything.
