Locating a fault to a telephone point
He arranged to be at my house in Portslade between 2 pm and 2.30 pm. I had to travel from Lancing to be at the house and arrived a few minutes after 2 pm. He was already there. There are four telephone points in the house and it took him no longer than 15 minutes to locate and repair the problem. He was pleasant, polite and courteous. A job very well done. I would use Jeff Smith again if required and highly recommend him. Mrs E Hill

Check telephone points for broadband failure
I was very impressed with Jeff's manner when I first contacted him by phone regarding the problem I was having with internet connection. He told me the charges and when the work was finished I was not asked for any extra. The work itself was fairly complicated (to me!) but Jeff investigated and completed his task and waited for me to make sure both the computers I used were able to get onto internet. Jeff was very well presented and parked considerately (something I watch for - hate it when tradesmen park on the grass verge!) and he was most polite. Would definitely reccommend him and use again! 5* company!

Came on time, worked quickly, explained and discussed what should be done and took trouble to ensure that I was getting what I needed and that I understood and agreed what he was doing. Initial callout charge a bit expensive but subsequent time quite reasonable. All-in-all, extremely competent, intelligent and helpful.
