Re-routing and extending computer network. Checking ring main.

Came on time, worked quickly, explained and discussed what should be done and took trouble to ensure that I was getting what I needed and that I understood and agreed what he was doing. Initial callout charge a bit expensive but subsequent time quite reasonable. All-in-all, extremely competent, intelligent and helpful.

Re-siting and installing a telephone point

I would recommend Jeff. He was a pleasant person to have at the house and understood what I wanted him to do and immediately got on with the task. He worked very quickly and neatly and, something that is really refreshing is that he turned up on time.

Mend and fix new telephone points

Would recommend Jeff without hesitation. Very friendly, found existing wiring I didn't know was there to put in new phone point instead of expense of a new wire. Excellent job done.

Telephone fault

I phoned this company because my telephone provider said there was nothing wrong with my line. Jeff came the next day, spent a while looking for the fault but came up with nothing. My telephone provider then decided that the fault was outside and therefore BT's problem. A new incoming line box was fitted so I can test the line myself. I was really pleased with the service I received.
