Unreliable
I have had a boiler service cancelled on me 3 times now by this company, I am self employed and have had to take time off to be in, the last time was cancelled within the four hour window whilst I was sitting there waiting!

Boiler fitting.
Terrible job. Brand new boiler fitted, broke down 3 days later. Gas craft had not drilled a hole in the waste pipe so everything coming back into boiler. Also faulty wiring. A different engineer came to sort it out thank Hod as we were left with no hot water. In addition, left a total mess inside and outside, was about to leave without filling holes, signed my name on paperwork to say I had okayed everything (he hadn’t even discussed it with me) and failed to leave new CO monitor (but said on the form he had checked it). I have put in a complaint via Corgi. Awful, awful, awful.

Replace 2 boilers with a new Worcester, and replace 8 radiators.
Lee did a fantastic job. Worked around the difficulties of our old home. Really please with the work.

New Boiler
Quoted over the phone and sent emailed quote but told me he wanted half the money upfront. Decided not to go ahead as I do not know him and do not hand over money upfront to anyone
