Front door needed opening
Scott was very helpful on the phone, arrived promptly, used his experience to get my door opened, provided a temporary fix and helped me select a replacement lock unit. He even returned to fit the new lock once it got delivered. Scott is knowledgeable, experienced and friendly and I’m really glad I selected him for this job.

We had a problem with the key getting stuck in the lock and door locking.
Scott politely send me msg to discuss the issue. He explained, diagnosed And give me a code straightaway, then turned up on time To do the job. And it was done in no time.
