Front door Jammed.

Security upgrade
After moving house we asked Master Locksmiths Ltd to change our locks. They completed a security survey and we were given a number of options to improve our security. We went with the highest security options and even had one key to fit all locks. Door lock failed
My front door lock failed and I couldn't get in even with the key. Master Locksmiths diagnosed the fault over the phone and quoted the price. Pete arrived promptly and had the door open within 5 minutes! He also had the replacement part needed do he was able to complete all the work in 1 visit. Very professional, presentable, polite and knowledgeable. 1st class service from initial call to completion of works. Unlock door after locking myself out

Replaced jammed door lock and realigned existing mortise bolt.
The lock on our door had jammed preventing us from opening the door. Pete took our call and was able to visit later the same morning. He was able to open the door without damaging the lock but we decided to replace it due to wear. Pete was able to supply and fit a suitable replacement. The work was carried out to a high standard and woodwork made good. Pete also realigned an existing mortise lock to ensure it operated smoothly. He cleaned up and let the room as he found it.
