Taking out an obsolete central heating boiler and re-running pipe work to a new state-of-the-art boiler.
It's early days yet, but Panacea have to be congratulated on their high standard of work, their helpfulness in satisfying our precise requirements and going out of their way to ensure we had as much pipe work as possible hidden from view.  Steve Wright took particular care in preventing dust from spreading away from the work area and minimising disruption of our home. He finally took great care in explaining the features of the new installation and how we might best benefit and use it efficiently.

Hot water tank valve fault diagnosis and fix.
I am very pleased with Panacea and the job well done / I would recommend them again to anyone.  Engineer was fully qualified (Megaflow and Corgi) which is important to me and my job. He was well presented, approachable, helpful not to mention methodical and clean in his working practices taking an obvious pride in what he did.  Would happily use him again.
