    Replacement of faulty valve in Boiler Plumbing

    Our central heating was not turning off and the root cause was unclear e.g. issue with boiler, smart thermostat etc. Rob came within 24hrs on a Sat morning, in 45m he diagnosed the problem, showed me the offending part and tidied up. No nonsense and will be using them again for any boiler / central heating needs

    Underfloor Heating

    Rob did an amazing job. He’s super-professional, quick, reliable and a really nice guy. He diagnosed the problem (a broken underfloor heating pump) and fixed it quickly and was just a pleasure to deal with.

    New Radiators

    The team at RJL are great. Needed 3 new radiators installed. Rob talked me through the options and quickly shared pricing and availability. Came on-time on the day and ensured everything was clean and tidy once the work had been completed. This isn't the first job that RJL have done for me and certainly won't be the last.

    Boiler Repair

    Rob visited to follow up on the work of another engineer who had failed to identify the problem but had charged a very high fee anyway. Rob was able to identify and remedy the issue within the hour, and was polite and engaged throughout. I'd highly recommend Rob for any boiler related issues you might have.

With over 15 years’ experience, training from all the main boiler manufacturers and the latest diagnostic equipment we're confident of solving any heating issues you have. We're the service agent in Surrey and SW London for Dutch boiler manufacturer ATAG and we troubleshoot directly for Google Nest on their smart home equipment.

Nest... One of our proudest achievements is being one of the first business's in the UK to be given Nest Pro Elite status from Googles smart home company 'Nest'. With over 1,500 installations of their thermostat alone there isn't much we don’t know about them. We offer fixed fee installation prices and great deals when supplying the product too.
